All sessions are conducted virtually, allowing you to access therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

Getting started is simple. You can schedule a consultation using the “Book a Consultation” button on the website. From there, we will connect and determine if we are a good fit.

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any questions you may have. This is a collaborative and supportive space, and we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional distress, and self-exploration.

Session length may vary depending on your needs and what is clinically appropriate. We will work together to determine what best supports you.

Ember Therapy is a private-pay practice and does not accept insurance.
However, I offer a sliding scale, Open Path Collective rates, and limited pro bono spots to help make therapy more accessible.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a $75 late cancellation/no-show fee.
Cancellation fees may be waived in certain circumstances at the clinician’s discretion.
