About Danielle
I became a therapist because I have personally experienced
the value of therapy and the impact it can have on growth and
self-understanding. Through my own journey, I have gained insight into myself
and the world around me, and I carry that perspective into the work I do with
my clients.
These experiences have shaped me into a warm, approachable,
and self-aware individual, and I am passionate about helping others better
understand themselves, their experiences, and their place in the world.
My Approach
I believe that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Each person
is unique, and their therapeutic experience should reflect that.
My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to
each individual. I meet clients where they are and move at a pace that feels
comfortable for them, ensuring that therapy remains both effective and
meaningful.
I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),
Person-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment
Therapy (ACT). By integrating different approaches, I am able to adapt sessions
to best support each client’s needs, goals, and experiences.
Clinical Qualifications
Our team consists of fully licensed professionals including Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC). We hold specialized, evidence-based certifications in EMDR, Trauma-Informed Care, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to ensure the highest standard of clinical support.
My Core Values
Inherent Worth
I believe in the unconditional value of every individual, meeting you exactly where you are without judgment.
Warmth & Connection
Healing thrives in a safe, inviting atmosphere. I prioritize building a genuine, trusting therapeutic relationship.
Collaborative Growth
You are the expert on your life. I believe that therapy is not one-size-fits-all.
